In September of this year, Sharon Vaughn, distinguished professor at the University of Texas, Austin, spoke to an international audience about reading comprehension as a part of a speaker series sponsored by the University of Nicosia. Her talk, entitled “Including Students with Disabilities Through Enhancing Reading Comprehension,” is about an hour long, including discussion.
Stick with this, including the Q&A! The first audience question (following the discussion with Evdokia Pittas, the host) allowed Professor Vaughn to discuss the three-cuing strategy.
