Did POTUS throw fuel on the fire under efforts to stop use of the R word?
According to multiple news reports, US president Donald J. Trump used a slur to refer to Minnesota governor Tim Walz in a post on Mr. Trump’s Truth Social social media site. Mr. Trump declared that “The seriously retarded Governor of Minnesota, Tim Walz, does nothing” in response to refugees “completely taking over the once great state of Minnesota.”1

I prefer Shakespearean insults myself and here's a pretty apt one to describe our so-called leader: "A most notable coward, an infinite and endless liar, an hourly promise breaker, the owner of no one good quality." All's Well That Ends Well (Act 3, Scene 6), and I would say to his face, "Thou cream-faced loon!" (Macbeth, Act 5, Scene 3).
