US heath agency reversed course on vaccinations and autism
Uh-oh...here we go again?
On 19 November 2025, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention posted a multi-page document entitled “Autism and Vaccines.” The page represents a marked change in the CDC’s message about the relationship between vaccines and autism. The first key point on the page reads as follows: “The claim ‘vaccines do not cause autism’ is not an evidence-based claim because studies have not ruled out the possibility that infant vaccines cause autism.”
