What is the threat to the foundational law in Great Britain?
Over on Special Needs Jungle, Rachel Filmer of the UK advocacy group encouraged people to sign a petition beseeching the UK Parliament to keep the current Children and Families Act of 2014 that guides provision of services for students with special education needs and disabilities. The petition effort is a particular manifestation of on-going debates about costs, inclusion in the mainstream, (mis)behavioral issues, regulation of “provision” in private programs, and much more.
