Happy Father’s Day to my father and the many others in our community.
My father, William E. Lloyd, Sr., was a wonderful man in my eyes. Here’s a photo of the two of us together at the 1994 dedication of a local library facility named in honor of his mother, the Ruth Emmons Lloyd Information Center in Prince William County, Virginia.
